1. SELF-ASSESSMENT. Determining the next step on your journey of faith begins with an awareness of where you are.

2. GUIDANCE. Everyone’s journey of following Jesus looks different. Upon completion of your Survey, a pastor will prayerfully review your responses, and provide you with customized recommendations for taking your next step of faith.

3. INTRODUCTIONS. Through the process of completing this Survey, you will learn more about Monterey Church’s mission and discipleship model, while giving us the opportunity to learn more about you and your story.
